Honda CB500FA 2013 — Dashboard Restoration

Instrument cluster came in with incorrect speedometer readings and partial backlight failure following moisture ingress.

Work performed:

• Board-level diagnostics — oxidation traces identified on circuit paths
• Circuit track restoration, cleaning and anti-corrosion treatment
• Replacement of faulty SMD backlight components
• Odometer correction after replacement with donor unit
• Speedometer and tachometer calibration
• Full function verification prior to return

Result: Cluster fully restored. All functions operational. Readings aligned with actual vehicle data.
